Milestones

  1. 2025

    Kingdom Life Sacco is launched

    The Sacco is founded out of Kingdom Seekers Fellowship, registered under the Co-operative Societies Act (Cap. 490), with a mandate to receive members' savings, lend to members, invest on their behalf and support member welfare.

  2. November 2025

    First Annual General Meeting

    Members meet to adopt the by-laws and confirm the governance framework of the society.

  3. March 2026

    Special General Meeting adopts the policy framework

    Members review the by-laws, the Credit and Lending Policy, and the Dividend and Interest on Deposits Policy.

  4. First half of 2026

    Governance and policy build-out

    The Board adopts the HR, Risk Management, Investment, ICT, Code of Conduct, Data Protection and Members' Service and Protection policies, and constitutes its committees.

  5. June 2026

    Core banking system procured

    Following an independent quality assurance assessment, the Sacco concludes its agreement for the iSACCO core banking system — the foundation for mobile and online member services.

  6. 1st August 2026

    Lending commences

    The Sacco officially begins lending to members. Eligibility is based on the regularity of monthly savings over the preceding period.
